This role blends technical expertise in HVAC systems and control solutions with project management discipline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to quality standards.What You Will Do As The HVAC Controls And Systems Project Manager:Manage end-to-end HVAC projects including planning, execution, and closeoutOversee HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning activitiesManage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsTrack performance using Earned Value Management (EVM)Implement change management and control processesIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategiesProvide stakeholder communication and reportingWhat You Will Bring To The Team:4–5 years of HVAC or mechanical project management experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and controlsPMP or PMI certification preferredHVAC system design and commissioning experienceProject controls: cost estimating, scheduling, EVMAnalytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsSoftware: MS Project, MS Office Suite, Primavera P6, Monday.com.
