What You'll Do

✔ Provide compassionate nursing care to residents receiving long-term and rehabilitation services

✔ Administer medications and treatments

✔ Assess residents and report changes in condition

✔ Work closely with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team

✔ Help create a safe, positive, and respectful environment for every resident

What We're Looking For

✔ Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

✔ Compassionate and dependable
