Job Description Primary Care Physician – Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Location: Reading, Pennsylvania Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient | Monday–Friday Outpatient Primary Care – Adult & Senior Population A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Reading, PA is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a team-based, value-focused care environment serving adults and seniors. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who want time with patients, continuity of care, and a predictable outpatient schedule , while practicing within a supportive, well-resourced clinical model.
