Consumer Experience Representative (Customer Support)
Location: Sparks, NV (On-Site)
About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Consumer Experience Representative to join a growing team in Sparks, Nevada. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support related to orders, returns, warranty claims, pricing inquiries, product information, and technical questions. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, warranties, technical issues, and training questions.
• Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information and documentation.
• Provide product information, usage guidance, and support to customers.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and work toward timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Escalate recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to leadership.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service in all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or customer support experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.
• Experience supporting customers with technical products or services.
• Mechanical aptitude or mechanical knowledge.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of baseball and/or softball products, equipment, or training techniques is highly desirable.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Sparks, NV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
