If you need assistance or a reasonable accommodation, please notify your Talent Acquisition Consultant.About the Role:We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to advance the enterprise risk management program in support of effectively managing risks to our mission critical operations. This will include collaborating with business areas to identify, assess, monitor, and report on organizational risk. This role will serve in an advisory capacity to the Bank’s Risk Management Committee. This position is based in Dallas, TX.You Will:Lead and support the ongoing process of the enterprise risk management (ERM) function, including identifying, assessing, prioritizing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on enterprise-wide risks facing the organizationFacilitate risk and fraud assessments, analyze the results of the assessments, and track and report on progress of risk mitigation plansFoster a culture of proactive risk management across the Bank, promoting risk awareness and culture using three lines of defense approachDesign and deliver educational training or other presentation materials in support of enhancing risk awarenessAssist in the development of risk appetite and tolerances at both the enterprise and department level; including creation of a mechanism to report and monitor key performance indicatorsAnalyze risk themes across the enterprise and periodically report out to the Bank’s Risk Management CommitteeHelp enhance the Bank's risk function by applying latest technologies and data analytics to ensure the maintenance and implementation of best-in-class risk practicesRoutinely serve on District and System-level enterprise risk related projects and initiativesYou Have:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related fieldThree years of relevant professional experience evaluating; organizational risk, performing management testing or audit testingIndustry certifications a plus; such as; Risk Management Certification, Risk Management Assurance, Project Management Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Enterprise Risk Management Certified Professional (ERMCP), Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) or equivalentUnderstanding of risk management conceptsMeeting and facilitation skills; ability to present with both technical and non-technical audiences, and governance groupsEquivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirementsOur Benefits:Our total rewards program offers benefits that are the best fit for you at every stage of your career:Comprehensive healthcare options (Medical, Dental, and Vision)401K match, and a fully funded pension planPaid vacation, holidays, and volunteer hours; flexible work environmentGenerously subsidized public transportation and free parkingAnnual tuition reimbursementProfessional development programs, training and conferencesAnd more…Notes:This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.This position requires onsite presence 4 days per week at our Dallas office.
