A healthcare nonprofit organization in West Warwick seeks an HR Business Partner to manage HR operations across three clinical sites. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of healthcare employment laws.
