You will work directly with customers to understand their requirements, design and configure Salesforce solutions, and support successful implementation. You will apply industry best practices while remaining actively involved in solution build, testing, documentation, and delivery. This role is centered on direct project delivery and leadership rather than portfolio leadership or primary people-management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities IncludeParticipate in pre-sales discovery; document business, functional, and technical requirements; and help translate the proposed solution into a clear Scope of WorkPartner with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to estimate implementation effort and identify the skills needed to deliver sold Scopes of WorkWork directly with internal and client stakeholders to capture business needs, define requirements, and map current and future-state business processesDesign and configure scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs, using standard platform capabilities and industry best practicesOwn assigned implementation workstreams as a hands-on builder, configuring solutions directly while collaborating with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Analysts, and DevelopersFacilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, project kickoffs, demonstrations, and client status discussions for assigned workstreamsBuild and maintain declarative automation, data models, security and sharing configurations, reports, dashboards, and other platform componentsSupport integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in partnership with technical team membersCreate and execute test plans, perform functional and system testing, support user acceptance testing, and provide quality assurance for completed workDocument solution designs and configurations, deliver end-user training as needed, and take ownership of assigned deliverables through deployment and post-launch supportBasic Qualifications:Demonstrated hands-on competency with Salesforce core products, including experience configuring and building solutions in Sales Cloud and/or Service CloudSalesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification and a minimum of 4+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platformRecent hands-on experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutionsExperience working across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through build, testing, deployment, and supportExperience providing business, operational, and technical consulting to client stakeholders and translating requirements into workable platform solutionsDetail-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, guide less-experienced team members, and remain actively involved in day-to-day solution deliveryStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with client and prospect stakeholders at different levels of an organizationAbility to manage and deliver multiple project workstreams or priorities at the same time while meeting quality and timeline expectationsAbility to log time daily for client and project reporting needsPositive, solutions-oriented approach and outlookAbility to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, innovative environmentThis position requires a minimum of 20% travel. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
