Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Part-time/Full-time

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with CHE Behavioral, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving mental health services and reducing stigma since 1994. About the Role:

As a PMHNP, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, promoting better physical and mental health outcomes. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for older adult patients and support their goals.

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with psychiatric and mental health disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Provide evidence-based behavioral interventions, including medication management and therapy
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring to ensure patient care is effective
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and research in psychiatric mental health
