Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday. Compensation & Benefits (Selected) Relocation benefits: $10,000 relocation bonus plus relocation package if relocating more than 50 miles for the position. Off-shift bonus up to $10,000 annually for qualifying shifts. Extra shift bonus for working beyond regular schedule. What you’ll do Leadership Engage your team by communicating expectations and providing ongoing performance feedback. With coaching and support from plant leadership, guide a team of production partners to maximize efficiencies and achieve daily production goals. Assist in overseeing company, plant or department processes and programs; monitor training to ensure the team is prepared for success. Support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in alignment with company commitments. Manufacturing Operations Daily problem solving to identify waste and cost reduction opportunities. Participate in capital improvement projects. Resolve roadblocks to maximize production efficiencies. Customer Compliance Collaborate with others to drive customer-focused efforts. Develop knowledge of various government regulations; represent the plant in regulatory, customer, and internal audits. Establish and audit standard operating procedures to monitor processes and meet customer requirements. Note: Shift is nights and weekends; schedule will be shared during the interview process. There is potential to move to days based on performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred. High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience may also be considered. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Proactive, self-accountable, solution-focused, and committed to learning and growth. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and foster a culture of dignity and respect. Physical requirements: stand up to 12 hours per day; walk up to 60 minutes per hour; sit up to 15 minutes per hour; lift/carry up to 50 pounds; bend/squat/twist.
