Job Title Lockbox Processor Location Chicago, IL Pay Range and Shifts Pay Range: $20-$23/hr 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday / 3pm - 11:30pm ($22/hr) 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday / 11pm - 7:30am ($23/hr) What You'll Do as a Lockbox Processor As a Lockbox Processor, your job is to handle sensitive documents that come through the mail. You’ll sort, organize, scan, and enter information into our systems. This work supports critical financial transactions and must be done accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Opening and sorting incoming mail Preparing documents for scanning and digital storage Using a computer to enter important payment or account information Following detailed instructions and strict procedures Working quickly and carefully to meet deadlines Asking for help or clarification when needed Contributing to a positive, team-focused environment Qualifications We’re looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals who can follow instructions, work as part of a team, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
