Speech Language Pathologist

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Location: SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) Hours: 32 hours per week, Monday-Friday Salary: $42-45 per hour Schedule: Flexible, can accommodate part-time or full-time hours. Schedule can include weekends if needed and for the right candidate. Job Description: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients in our facility. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to determine the patient's speech, language, and swallowing abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals Implement therapy interventions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Prior experience in a SNF setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
