Production Packaging Associate

1st Shift- 6am-2:30pm, OT as needed Some Saturdays required (typically every other Saturday) $18.00/hr Job Summary The Production Pack Out Associate is responsible for preparing all-in-one Aquarium Kits and Ensembles for final shipment to customers. Products range in size from 2.5 gallons up to 180 gallons. This role ensures that daily production meets quality standards and is accurately recorded and works closely with the production team and supervisor to keep finished goods moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare finished Aquarium Kits and Ensembles for final shipment. Assist with team assembly on larger Aquarium Kits and Ensembles. Record daily production metrics, including material verification, quantity produced, and scrap. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Understand quality requirements and ensure daily production meets or exceeds standards. Take ownership of correcting issues found during Product Quality Verification checks and Quality Line Audits. Follow all company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries. Wear provided PPE and complete all required safety training. Maintain a clean and organized work area through good housekeeping practices. Work safely around production equipment and moving powered industrial vehicles. Lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, within team lift guidelines. Stand and walk for most of the shift, with bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and overhead tasks. Work in a fast-paced environment that is not temperature controlled. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Team player with strong interpersonal skills who can also work independently. Strong work ethic and commitment to consistent attendance. #Anderson #J-18808-Ljbffr
