The ideal candidate will have experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Prior oil burner service experience is highly preferred. What You'll Do * Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems * Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and airflow issues * Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal service calls * Service and repair oil-fired heating equipment (preferred) * Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers * Complete service documentation accurately and professionally * Follow company safety standards and industry best practices Qualifications * HVAC service experience required * Prior oil burner service and troubleshooting experience preferred * EPA Certification preferred * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities * Valid driver's license with a good driving record * Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits * $25-$45 per hour based on experience * Full-time, permanent position * Year-round work and steady service demand * Benefits package available * Company vehicle and tools provided (where applicable) * Opportunities for advancement and continued training Why Join This Company?
