As an independent brokerage, we have access to products from 30+ insurance companies , allowing our agents to help clients find solutions based on their individual needs rather than being limited to one carrier.

No prior insurance experience is required . We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing coaching to help you develop the knowledge and skills required to build a professional insurance career.

What You'll Do:

As a Life Insurance Agent with The McCrimmon Agency, you will:

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs
• Educate clients on available insurance solutions
• Help clients evaluate options and make informed decisions
• Develop and manage your own client relationships
• Participate in training and coaching opportunities
• Track your activity and results; CRM experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States
• Reliable internet, a computer, and a personal phone
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license in your state (if not already licensed)
• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure

Pay:

• 1099 contractor; commissions only
• Earnings are not guaranteed and are directly connected to your activity, production, consistency, and ability to build and maintain your business.
• Many full-time, active agents target $75,000–$150,000+ annually, with top performers having the ability to exceed that based on production.
