Administrative Assistant Senior Representative

The Administrative Assistant Senior Representative provides high-level executive and operational support to the Senior Director of Client Operations and key Client Service and Operations leaders. As a trusted partner to leadership, this role plays a critical part in driving organizational effectiveness by coordinating executive priorities, managing complex schedules, supporting governance activities, and helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence.

What you'll do to make a difference:

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for Client Operations leadership.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, develop agendas, organize materials, and drive follow-up on key action items.
• Create polished presentations, executive communications, reports, and leadership-ready documents.
• Support governance processes, leadership reporting, and tracking of strategic initiatives and action items.
• Maintain organizational records, distribution lists, and organizational charts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Plan and coordinate leadership events, offsites, team meetings, and other high-visibility engagements.
• Collaborate across Client Service, Operations, and enterprise partners to support key business priorities and initiatives.
• Provide backup support for Senior Administrative Assistants as needed to ensure continuity and team success.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance leadership team effectiveness.

What you need to be successful:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Copilot.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment preferred.
