If you have experience working on small engines and enjoy diagnosing and repairing equipment, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality workmanship and mechanical expertise.Pay$25.00–$35.00/hour, depending on experienceScheduleFull-time Monday-Friday 8am - 5pmJob ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain small engine equipment.Perform repairs on Arctic Cat and Ferris products, including: SnowmobilesSide-by-sides (UTVs)Lawn mowersComplete engine repairs and rebuilds.Repair and replace clutches, wheel bearings, suspension components, and other mechanical parts.Assemble new equipment and perform pre-delivery inspections.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Complete repair documentation and communicate with the service team as needed.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Small Engine Technician or in a similar mechanical repair role preferred.Knowledge of gasoline-powered engines and mechanical systems.Experience with powersports equipment, lawn equipment, or recreational vehicles is a plus.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a shop environment.Valid driver's license preferred.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.Why Apply?Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunity to work on a variety of powersports and outdoor equipment.Stable, full-time position with a reputable local employer.Hands-on work with opportunities to expand your mechanical skills.
