Wages: Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $39.88-$49.96
Responsibilities:
- Work on advanced Caterpillar equipment
- Top pay + overtime
- Lead and mentor other technicians
- Hands-on, high-impact work every day
- Travel and training opportunities
You'll Do:
- Operate lathes & multi-axis machines
- Read blueprints & perform precision machining
- Inspect parts and troubleshoot equipment
- Solve tough problems and support customers
Requirements:
- Strong machining experience
- Knowledge of metals & precision tools
- Leadership & mentoring skills
