DRN a Motorola Solutions company equips LPR cameras to scan license plates every day building up a historical scan database that serves the clients and the entire network in generating more hits and recoveries. DRN maintains the largest database of scans and the numbers continue to grow daily.

Job Description

NOTE: This position is Hybrid 1 day per week. Candidates must reside within commuting distance to Fort Worth Texas.

DRN Data is seeking a self-motivated high-energy Sales Representative (SR) to join our growing team. This is a strategic opportunity to build a high-velocity sales engine focused on selling our Capture solutions to the credit union market. The SR will be responsible for the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and will leverage our extensive database to systematically convert data assets into predictable revenue.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting qualification and virtual demonstrations to negotiation and closing deals.
• High-Volume Prospecting: Systematically engage a 2000 contact list through a high cadence of calls emails and social selling techniques.
• Lead Generation: Actively develop a pipeline through self-prospecting activities in addition to converting company-provided leads.
• Expert Demonstrations: Deliver compelling web-based product demonstrations of our Capture solutions tailored to the specific needs of credit union marketers.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to manage a high-velocity sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
• Achieve and Exceed Quotas: Consistently meet and surpass daily activity metrics as well as monthly and quarterly targets for new customer acquisition and revenue.

Additional Knowledge/Skills & Desired Behaviors:

• Proven sales achievement in a high-energy phone-based selling environment is a plus.
• Strong closing skills and experience winning sales campaigns.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of drive and determination.
• A confident individual who is a strong contributor both individually and as part of a team.
• Adaptive flexible and customer-focused.
• Experience with technology sales preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM is a plus

Target Base Salary Range - $50000 to $55000USD SIP

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
