International Operations Manager

Overview The International Operations Manager will manage all aspects of merchandising and global operations needs to enhance sales and profitability for the area. Key Accountabilities Oversee and own the Global sample process, recaps, tracking, and allocation. Train team on the new system Own the creation and distribution of the Global calendar, working closely with the Calendar team to obtain information and ensure accuracy Drive ownership of key calendar deliverables through clear and consistent cross functional communication Own the GTM process end-to-end across preparation and execution Oversee the creation and maintenance of seasonal directed assortments Communicate updates to the team on overall sample status and delivery prior to GTM Run seasonal postmortem analysis to drive buys of purchasing to achieve sales goals Partner with Planning and Sales teams to gather all relevant data for meetings with accounts and participate in meetings as appropriate Continue to elevate GTM and its process and outcome Special projects as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Fashion Merchandising, Operations or related field 5+ years in planning , operations or analysis Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors. #J-18808-Ljbffr Haddad Organization Ltd.
