$55 - $80 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort at every step.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and industry best practices to provide innovative and effective care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and contribute to a collaborative care environment.
• Mentor and guide junior therapists, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in delivering personalized physical therapy treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

• Proven track record of educating patients and families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.
