As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will ensure product quality and reliability through effective quality engineering practices, collaborating with teams to develop and implement quality control processes. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of testing activities and the delivery of high-quality products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that all necessary tests are conducted to validate product performance and reliability. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in conducting tests and analyzing results, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out accurately and efficiently. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, Washington location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans
- Conduct tests to validate product performance and reliability
- Analyze test results and provide technical expertise and guidance

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 3 or more years of experience in mechanical design and development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with quality methodologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to drive results and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Experience with quality management systems and processes
