Location:127 Public Square, Cleveland OhioJob SummaryAssociates on the Public Finance team are strong individual contributors in the areas of analyzing, structuring, and executing transactions. The individual will have strong working knowledge of investment banking principles. They are responsible for performing industry research and preparing pitches, management presentations, and other written materials. Associates are not assigned new business responsibilities but will be an integral part of the deal team and may informally manage Analysts on the platform.Essential FunctionsBe a strong team member in support of business unit goals and objectivesStrong working knowledge and skills in analyzing, structuring, and executing transactions with a focus on technical analysisStrong understanding of profitability components and investment banking deal mechanicsActively participate in client planning sessions. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
