Slot Technicians I & II

Job Description As a Slot Technician I or II, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing gaming machines and equipment to the highest operational standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring optimal machine performance and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Execute immediate, periodic, and comprehensive overhaul maintenance on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware components. Diagnose and repair machine malfunctions with precision and efficiency. Identify and isolate electronic faults at the board level, escalating complex issues to senior-level slot technicians as appropriate. Interpret and accurately apply technical information from repair manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation. Maintain clear and effective two-way radio communication with team members and supervisory staff. Develop and maintain current knowledge of emerging slot products, equipment innovations, and industry advancements.
