Senior Strategic Program Manager

We're looking for an experienced strategic program leader to build and drive complex cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you'll create structure from ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and lead programs from concept through execution across a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is an opportunity to shape new initiatives, establish operational excellence, and partner with executive leadership to bring strategic priorities to life. What You'll Do Design and launch complex cross-functional programs from inception through execution. Build scalable operating models, governance structures, and execution frameworks. Align multiple organizations around shared objectives and measurable outcomes. Lead strategic planning while ensuring day-to-day execution remains on track. Drive executive-level communication through clear recommendations and data-driven insights. Establish decision frameworks, success metrics, and risk management processes. Prioritize competing initiatives and recommend trade-offs based on business impact. Partner with senior leaders to align priorities, resolve obstacles, and secure organizational support. Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams. Continuously improve program operations and execution effectiveness. What We’re Looking For 8+ years leading large-scale cross-functional SaaS programs. Experience building programs, governance models, or operating frameworks from the ground up. Demonstrated success leading initiatives in highly ambiguous environments. Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution. Experience influencing executive stakeholders without direct authority. Expertise in program governance, execution tracking, and operational excellence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support strategic decisions.
