Minimum Requirements: Your Foundation for Success

• Bachelors DegreeStronglyPreferred
• Life and Health License- Preferred
  1. Vertis will handle getting this for you before you start, if necessary.
  2. (We'll look into the Series 65 later on.)
• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry is amajor advantage
• Ability to communicateimpactfullywith clients, advisors, and staff
• Significant familiarity with financial markets and acrystal-clearunderstanding of the advice process
• Ability to maintain an organized,proactiveview of client needs and objectives
• Thrives under pressure in ahigh-stakes, deadline-drivenenvironment
• Mastery of Effective and Efficient Time Management
• ExpertCRM Experience

You will be the backbone supporting the Financial Advisor, ensuring the Diamond Team operates at peak performance andexceedsall client and regulatory expectations. Your mission includes:

• Frontline Hero:Respond to and anticipate client needs daily, providing rapid, top-tier service.
• Growth Accelerator:Play a vital role in new acquisitions, supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, Accountants, and Attorneys.
• Operational Excellence:Expertly organize and maintain complex calendars.
• The Closer:Help, prep, and execute essential financial planning paperwork with zero errors.
• Quality Control:Review and compile thorough account reviews.
• Digital Trailblazer:Document the CRM system withmeticulous detailon all client communications.
• Network Builder:Actively help build and foster a robust client referral system.
• Brand Ambassador:Attend high-profile client events.
