Food and Beverage Supervisor

We're partnering with a leading global technology and entertainment company to hire a Food & Beverage Program Supervisor to oversee the daily food and beverage program across a large corporate campus. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ** Please note, this is a 1 year contract role located in Los Gatos, CA. Mon. - Thurs. onsite, Friday remote. ** Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across multiple dining and pantry locations. Serve as the primary onsite liaison for catering, grab-and-go, and pantry vendors, ensuring exceptional service quality and food safety standards. Conduct regular quality checks on food presentation, freshness, cleanliness, and vendor performance. Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings, events, and employee programs. Monitor employee feedback, resolve service issues, and partner with vendors to continuously improve the dining experience. Process invoices and purchase orders, track operating expenses, and support budget management. Partner with Facilities, Workplace Operations, Events, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campus operations. Maintain inventory of food service equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Communicate food and beverage updates and special offerings to employees through internal communication channels. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in food & beverage operations, hospitality management, corporate dining, or catering. Experience managing multiple vendors and service providers in a high-volume environment. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, and tracking budgets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer service mindset. Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and operational best practices. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
