Senior Game Designer, Camera and 3Cs (Fully Remote)

• We're looking for a Senior Game Designer focused on cameras and 3Cs to join our team, sharing ownership of the camera experience.
• This is a remote role requiring independent work and clear communication with a distributed team across Canada and the US.

What you'll do:

• Own the design, implementation, and tuning of third-person over-the-shoulder cameras for various player states.
• Build rail camera sequences and ensure smooth transitions between player-controlled and scripted cameras.
• Work closely with animation, combat, and engineering to make camera, character, and controls feel like one system.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of game design experience with significant focus on camera or 3Cs.
• Strong experience with third-person camera tuning and rail camera sequences.
• Deep knowledge of camera tools like spring arm, curves, and Sequencer, plus math skills.
