Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operations Analyst for a hybrid position with a global financial institution located in Los Angeles, CA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for performing operational support duties within the Cash Management Department. The specialist will provide product training to customers and bank personnel, assist with user testing for new products, and offer a full range of professional and technical support for online banking services. Responsibilities: Perform operational support duties for the Cash Management Department Provide product training to customers and bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products Assist with user testing for upgrades and new product development Provide a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services Perform customer setups, monitor product usage, and resolve system operation problems Help coordinate and support audits and examinations Perform a variety of routine daily tasks, review reports, and prepare correspondence Participate in special department projects Requirements: Mid-level experience (5-7 years) in a similar role Experience with cash management products and services Ability to provide technical support and product training Experience in a banking or financial services environment Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
