Position Details May manage a team or serve as a project lead Generally manages smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex project Develop client relationships by providing project status updates to clients and leadership Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project Participate in project meetings with internal departments Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule Qualifications Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience Minimum 5-10 years’ experience In-depth knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as general understanding of system operations. Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington, this ranges from $100,000.00-$143,000.00 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
