HVAC Commercial Service Technician

We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced HVAC technician to join our fast-growing HVAC service team in San Antonio Texas and surrounding area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs HVAC related controls installation activities, start-up, commissioning and trouble-shooting for newly installed systems and components and ensures automation system is properly installed and operating correctly.
• Candidate spends vast majority of time in the field performing these duties.
• Attend training, support other team members and the culture at Way Service, and depending upon experience, mentor junior technicians.
• Redeems customer commitments in a professional, high quality and timely manner.
• Responsible for complete customer satisfaction.
