Associate Financial Analyst

Job Overview Associate Financial Analyst – Insulation Systems Division Pay Range: $67,100.00–$92,300.00 per year. Eligible for incentive bonus. Responsibilities Own monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and deliver actionable variance and profitability insights. Prepare clear, meaningful analysis of results and forecasts to guide business leaders. Improve forecasting accuracy and support leadership with forward‑looking financial perspectives. Partner with operations and functional leaders to influence outcomes, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency. Contribute to strategic planning by supporting annual budgets and long‑term planning processes. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance financial visibility. Take on additional responsibilities and projects to expand impact and visibility across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. ~2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking capabilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams. Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Emerging leadership capability and initiative.
