Location: Kewanee Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists, Kewanee, IL

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Description: We're looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a drive to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize various techniques and modalities to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
