We see primarily dogs and cats! We believe the care of our patients is top priority and work together to make sure each pet receives the care they deserve. Job Responsibilities: Checking patients in, checking patients out Provide customer service such as greeting customers, fielding questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments Answer phone callswhich may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email Retrieve prescriptions Maintain the cleanlinessof waiting room Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or relevant education and work experience Customer Service Organizational Skills/Multitasking/Attention to detail Computer skills/Digitally proficient Team oriented but able to work independently Dependable, punctual Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods Problem Solving All Full Time Team Members are eligible for benefits, including: #J-18808-Ljbffr
