Courses may include online courses and/or dual-credit/early college classes. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in discipline. Two (2) years work experience within the field. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to plan course instruction based upon approved syllabus/ outline provided to insure course content and objectives are met. Ability to utilize a variety of teaching styles and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles of students. Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching at the secondary or college level. Experience teaching college level online courses and/or documented successful training in a college online learning management system (e.g. Blackboard, Canvas) Special Instructions to Applicants Applicants must reside in the state of Texas and be eligible to work in the United States.
