Responsibilities: As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental care to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: * DentaPro software * Digital x-ray and Panorex systems * Fiber-optic handpieces * Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training * A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider * A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% being adults (varies by location) * An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients * A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors ***This position offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.*** What We Provide: * A guaranteed base salary of up to $1,200 per day with unlimited earning potential * A sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 (dependent on experience and start date) * Assistance with student loan repayment of $1,000 per month * Relocation support of up to $10,000 * No lab fees * Full-time providers can access Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA options * Company-covered Short Term and Long Term Disability, along with Basic Life Insurance plans * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Coverage for malpractice insurance paid by the company * Paid holidays and time off * Reimbursements for Continuing Education * Continuing Education opportunities through the ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) * Reimbursements for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional memberships such as ADA and/or AAPD * Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance * VISA and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications: We expect candidates to possess: * DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation * A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure * Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA * Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) * A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
