We have partnered with a 70 unit affordable housing, mixed family property in Port Chester who is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team.

The Property Manager is looking for someone with affordable housing experience who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling a busy office with frequent phone, email, and in-person resident interactions .
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $24/hour

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with daily property operations
• Handle resident questions, concerns, and tenant relations
• Assist with applications, certifications, recertifications, and resident files
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with affordable housing requirements
• Answer phones, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Assist with rent collection, resident accounts, and administrative duties
• Coordinate with maintenance and follow up on resident requests
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

• Previous affordable housing/property management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service and tenant-relations abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
