Job Summary:
This is a Home Healthcare position located in the greater Sacramento area. The role involves providing physical therapy assistance within a community-based setting. The position offers a consistent 8-hour daytime schedule, with guaranteed hours and the opportunity to treat a variety of diagnoses including cardiovascular, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions.

• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; BLS (AHA); minimum of 2 years of experience; physical therapy assistant licensure; physical therapy assistant certification

• Additional Information:
  • Candidates must have had prior employment (full-time, part-time, or PRN) within the past year outside of any facility associated with the organization.
  • The setting will be in-home health in the greater Sacramento County area.
  • The role involves treating approximately 5-6 patients per day.
  • Mileage will not be paid.
  • Cancellation policy allows the hospital to cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments.
  • Charting system used is Cerner.
