What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional patient care and advocacy Assist with and monitor anesthesia for surgical and dental procedures Independently manage surgical nursing duties and patient recovery Run technician appointments and provide client education Perform laboratory testing, diagnostics, treatments, and nursing care Collaborate with the veterinarian and leadership team to improve patient care and hospital operations Help develop protocols, workflows, and team standards as we continue to grow Mentor and support future team members as our support staff expands Help ensure boarding pets receive excellent care, monitoring, and attention while maintaining the same high standards we provide to our medical patients Contribute to a Fear Free®, Low Stress Handling®, and Feline Friendly environment where pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for What You’ll Bring Current Ohio Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) credentials Confidence working independently in surgery and anesthesia Strong technical nursing and patient care skills Experience managing technician appointments and client communication The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational and problem-solving skills A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change and growth A passion for helping build a supportive, team-oriented hospital culture While we’re building a new team, what we already bring to the table is experience, resilience, leadership, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to the pets and families who trust us with their care.
