This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney who wants to build a diverse finance practice with meaningful client contact, sophisticated transactions, and long-term growth potential within a collaborative regional platform. The Practice The attorney will represent banks, financial institutions, borrowers, and other business clients in a broad range of financing transactions, including: Asset-based lending
Commercial lending and secured finance
501(c)(3) financings
Healthcare-related financings
Public/private infrastructure financings
Loan documentation and transaction structuring
Due diligence and closing coordination
Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, guarantees, and related financing documents
Advising lenders and borrowers throughout the lifecycle of complex financing transactions Depending on experience, the attorney may also work on: Municipal and tax-exempt financings
New Markets Tax Credit transactions
Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions
Historic Tax Credit transactions

2–4+ years of substantive finance experience
Experience representing banks or other financial institutions in complex financings
Background in commercial lending, secured finance, or asset-based lending
Experience in a midsize or large law firm environment
Exposure to healthcare, nonprofit, infrastructure, or public finance transactions is highly desirable
Municipal finance, tax-exempt finance, or tax credit experience is a plus
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Excellent academic credentials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in developing client relationships
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
J.D. from an accredited law school
