You will manage check-ins and check-outs, assist with reservations, anticipate guest needs, and coordinate flawlessly with all hotel departments to ensure an effortless and memorable stay.Responsibilities:Welcome every guest with professionalism, poise, and authentic hospitalityManage the full guest experience, including registration, room assignments, and payment processingHandle guest requests and concerns with discretion, efficiency, and careCollaborate with colleagues in Housekeeping, Concierge, and Food & Beverage to ensure cohesive serviceMaintain in-depth knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and the Hilton brand standardsUphold theWit’s renowned guest service culture through excellence and attention to detailQualificationsHilton brand experience strongly preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum one year of front-office or hospitality experience preferredExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong multitasking and problem-solving abilitiesFlexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidaysProfessional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury hospitality environmentWorking Conditions:Fast-paced hospitality environment.Requires extended periods of standing and walking.May involve occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs.Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Compensation$24.00 per hourBenefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health, well-being, and financial security of our employees.
