As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Daily, you will also provide clinical oversight to CNAs and LPNs.
Qualifications and Experience- A diploma in nursing (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout your employment
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively
- Communicate and collaborate efficiently within an interdisciplinary team
