Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor (Full-Time, Night Shift) - Cranford, NJ

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor , you will play a key leadership role in our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure that our residents receive individualized care and attention
• Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Providing education and training to our nursing staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide the highest level of care
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
