What You’ll Do: Draft and manage pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence Organize and maintain litigation files and case calendars Prepare exhibits and trial materials; assist with trial prep Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers File documents electronically and track deadlines across jurisdictions What We’re Looking For: Minimum 10 years of litigation experience on the plaintiff’s side Strong writing, organizational, and case management skills A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering quality work Familiarity with e‑filing systems and discovery platforms Location: In-office l CBD This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to do work that matters alongside people who care.
