Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a residential community location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor access points and verify entry authorizations in accordance with site-specific policies. Document visitor activity, unusual events, and/or access-related concerns according to post procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
