Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. Engage with prospective customers and communicate product and service information. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. Build positive customer relationships and support follow-up activities. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources. Track customer interactions, leads, and marketing activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Goal-oriented and motivated to learn. Strong relationship-building and presentation abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
