Location 9918 MB Davis Court,Emerald Isle, NC, 28594,United States Job Category 1 Employee Type Seasonal Non-Exempt Location: Emerald Isle, NC Seasonal (May-September) Schedule: Thursday-Sunday Spinnaker's Reach Realty is hiring a Property Services Inspector to join our seasonal operations team. This is a Thursday-Sunday role focused on preparing for and supporting our company wide weekend turnover process. It's an elevated position within our inspection team-ideal for someone who thrives on organization and follow-through, but not looking for a manager-level role. Key responsibilities Assist in organizing and staging linens and supplies across properties in preparation for weekend cleans Support our internal team by ensuring cleaning crews have what they need for smooth turnover days Inspect and reset homes after cleaning to ensure they meet our company's brand and guest ready standards Help monitor and maintain operational flow across properties, especially during peak arrival days Communicate effectively with team members about property needs or follow-up tasks What we are looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple moving parts Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Able to confidently identify what's ready-and what is not Familiarity with vacation rental operations is a plus Ability to bend, kneel, and squat frequently to inspect properties, check appliances, and perform minor repairs Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, for tasks such as delivering supplies or moving furniture Must walk and stand for extended periods while conducting property inspections and overseeing cleaning processes Dexterity and coordination to handle tools and equipment for small maintenance tasks Ability to navigate stairs, uneven terrain, and various property layouts to access all areas of the properties being managed Summary Spinnaker's Reach Realty offers luxurious Emerald Isle vacation rentals in family friendly atmosphere, all located in beautiful Emerald Isle, North Carolina.
