Trauma Associate Sales Representative (Indiana)

Associate Sales Representative - Trauma (Indiana) We design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. What will you be doing? Support the Trauma Sales team in an assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, demo inventory setup, and customer in‑service. Provide transport of customer inventory between accounts, cover surgical cases for sales reps within certain accounts, study technical information and surgical procedures in the Trauma Orthopaedics product portfolio specializing in internal and external fixation, and support a 24/7 call rotation. What will you need to be successful? Strong technical expertise in the Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio, ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel, assistance and training on proper use and care of product equipment, and support sales representative to generate revenue and meet territory quota. What will you need? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum two years sales experience Preferred experience in healthcare industry, specifically selling orthopedic products or roles such as EMT/Paramedic, surgical technician, sterile processing technician, operating room aide, athletic trainer Proven track record selling/converting business at surgeon or hospital level preferred Experience leading/mentoring team members Travel Requirements Within designated sales territory with 2‑4 overnights a month and infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
