Senior Cement Plant Manager

Heidelberg Materials seeks a Senior Cement Plant Manager to lead all aspects of a high-volume manufacturing operation. You will own safety performance, regulatory compliance, production planning, quality, and cost control while fostering a strong safety-first culture. Responsibilities include setting strategy, managing budgets, driving reliability and continuous improvement, and developing supervisors and frontline teams.
