If that sounds like you, keep reading.What You'll Do:Join our team as a Professional House Cleaner, working in teams of two — a partner has your back from day oneFollow our proven cleaning process — we'll teach you everything during 5 days of paid trainingCommunicate clearly with your partner, your clients, and your managers — you'll spend most of your day out in the field, so being a strong communicator mattersCheck in with management when needed, flag concerns early, and handle any client issues professionally (or bring them to us)What We're Looking For:Must-haves:Reliable, well-maintained vehicle and valid Colorado driver's license18 years or older, able to pass a background check (no felonies)On your feet all day — bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs)Available Monday through Friday, full-timeStrong communicator who's comfortable working independently and with a partnerDetail-oriented, resourceful, and good at managing your timeSomeone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating clients' homes with respectNice-to-haves (but not required):High school diploma or equivalentPrior cleaning, housekeeping, or customer service experienceInterest in growing into a trainer or leadership roleHow You Get Paid:This isn't a clock-in, clock-out hourly job. You earn a commission on every home you clean — which means the better and more efficient you get, the more you make. Most of our cleaners average $100–$200 per day, and you're done when your homes are done (not stuck watching the clock until 5pm). Tips are on top of that.
