  • Offer focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

  • Assist clients during crisis situations, providing emergency intervention as required.

  • Manage a diverse caseload, incorporating assessments, individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients from underserved populations who often experience a range of mental health issues compounded by socio-economic challenges. Many of our clients may be experiencing homelessness or facing barriers to accessing traditional healthcare systems. Your ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds will be vital to their care and treatment.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a community health or similar setting.
